Holding true to the Gospel

At Paran Baptist Church, we have been continuing in our Bible study lessons on Sunday evenings at 6pm. We remain steadfast in the Gospel of Jesus Christ - the message of salvation through Christ's sacrifice on the cross. This is to help us maintain our spiritual strength and the spiritual transformation in others, all to the glory of God. There are many false doctrines spread out in the world today, including the idea that one may be saved by works. The fact remains that no one, not one person, is good enough to save him or her self - it is only through coming to faith in Jesus Christ Who willingly shed His blood for us, and repenting of our sins that we may find salvation.

Paul the Apostle himself preached the Gospel very widely, and sent out epistles to various churches of that era. At Paran, we have lately been studying Paul's letters on Sunday evenings. We have finally published the lessons on Paul's letters to the Romans and Corinthians as two separate Bible commentaries. Please view them for free at the pages below -
